Killarney: To quote a Christian Crusader at the fall of Jerusalem almost a thousand years ago, when asked how they are supposed to tell who were the Christians and who were the Muslims, he answered: 'Kill them all. God will decide.'
If you are going to quote history Killarney, I suggest you do some research first. The Crusade was the Albignesian Crusade against the Cathars. (Christians) It was the First Crusade. It took place in the South of France. The incident happened on the 22 July 1209 at Beziers at the Cathedral of St. Mary Magdalene. 7000 Christians & Townspeople were burned to death in the Cathedral. The body grease still stains the wall & ceiling & comes through every time they paint them. Arnaud Amaury is reported to have said when told that there were good Christians in the Cathedral, "Kill them all; The Lord will recognise His own!" As reported by Cesaire de Heisterbach at the time.' Taken from a Book I purchased in Beziers. "The Cathars" by Lucien Bely. Sudouest IBDN 9 782879011936, for anyone interested in History. Very interesting, amazing how much of what we were taught at School was so wrong. An aside. Did you know that the large Rose Window in the front of a Church or Cathedral is always a Dedication to St. Mary Magdalene. Strange that. I do dislike it so much when people quote history & get it wrong. Posted by Jayb, Tuesday, 6 June 2017 11:40:32 AM

Killarney: Arnaud Amaury is reported to have said when told that there were good Christians in the Cathedral, "Kill them all; The Lord will recognise His own!"
Actually, going back to my previous Post. The Story Board about the event on the front of the Cathedral, says that Amuary sent a Messenger to the Pope asking for his advice, as there were Good Christians in with the Cathars & Heretics. He held them there for 20 days. The Pope, Pope Columbine, Yes the Calendar, Sent back the message & Amaury just read out the Popes Edict. So now you know. The Cathedral is rather plain, compared to others in the South of France. It's just a single pale Lime Green room with a very plain Alter. It's not even built in the same style of normal Cathedrals. Except for the Huge Stained Glass Rose Window in the Front. Most Cathedrals are built in the Egyptian Aten/Jewish Temple type interior. This one isn't, which is strange. Getting to it is a very interesting walk through the old part of the City, windy streets until you get to it on top of a Hill over looking the River. The Cathedral is actually called Nazaire de Beziers. Just behind the Cathedral is a great little Art School/Museum where it explains the difference between Mary the mother of Jesus & Mary the Wife of Jesus. They both look the same except Mary the Mother is standing on the head of a snake on the Globe & holding Baby Jesus on one arm with her right arm raised in a two finger salute. The background is the cloudy sky. Whereas Mary, Jesus wife, is holding a baby boy in one arm & is standing next to a short Pillar with a Vine wrapt around it & is writing a Book, which is on the top of the Pillar. The background is a Purple Veil. Hmmm.., Myths & Symbols in ancient Paintings, eh. Posted by Jayb, Tuesday, 6 June 2017 4:07:51 PM

Storm clouds over Korea.
Perhaps the real concern is reunification initatives by the south. The south is a trading nation and major markets, China and Russia are quite close to the south. From the perspective of the south, reunification makes good economic sense. Both Russia and China are being stalked by the US and they would likely dissaprove of reunification of the south for the south's economic propsertiy. Dear Killarney,
There is no need for you to liberate the people of North Korea - not if your blood doesn't boil when you hear about their condition, but mine does! http://www.libertyinnorthkorea.org/learn-nk-challenges Posted by Yuyutsu, Wednesday, 7 June 2017 12:11:27 AM

Thanks for the correction. I normally make a point of checking my facts, but I was too irate at the time to bother. I had a feeling I might have been in the wrong war! :) yuyutsu Get a grip. NK may not be paradise, but it's not the hell on earth it's made out to be by all the whacky Western propaganda. There are several moderate articles online that give a more balanced view. https://www.theguardian.com/books/2015/jun/01/true-or-false-kooky-north-korea-stories https://www.wildjunket.com/debunking-myths-north-korea/ However, if launching a compassionate nuclear missile at them is your thing, then I'm sure they'll be more than grateful to die in their millions and see their country in ruins just to appease your sense of outrage. In short, we live among the enemy of reason.
