ttbn,
On the contrary. The education system is so filled with feminism each parent should be asking their school principal about the school's attitude towards boy students. And every man should be making complaints when men are hit or ridiculed in advertisement, TV programs and movies. Although we mostly get american movies, the amount of gun violence in PG movies has increased 3 times since the ratings were put in place, and the majority of that violence is against men, and it is shown to children. Men are systematically portrayed as being superfluous, and deserved of being hit, harmed or killed. Dedicated and principled journalists should be complaining the most about Jane Caro, because Jane Caro is simply a feminist ring in who has no principles, and her column reduces the value of journalism and gives every journalist a bad name. No wonder newspapers are declining and few read them anymore. Posted by interactive, Wednesday, 17 August 2016 3:27:46 PM

//Ah, the path through...Yep, that's the question all right. The world has irreversibly changed, so what's to do?//
Craig, perhaps it's time for guillotines ;) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=exnaY0l4XsM Posted by Toni Lavis, Wednesday, 17 August 2016 4:32:55 PM

Oh ho ho ho, Toni Lavis. Angry white men are such an amusing little bunch aren't they, not really like you and I civilised types.
I'm sure they'll lose interest by next election if only we poke fun at them a little. They have such a short attention span the funny old things. ttbn, thank you for an excellent demonstration of the art of "I'm all right Jack" Posted by Craig Minns, Wednesday, 17 August 2016 4:52:17 PM

I liked this piece. Good on you, Craig.
Peter West's recent articles do seem to show that there are problems. I was going to reply to the Caro piece but just sighed and sat in the sun and enjoyed my day. Yep, it's the women in cushy jobs that keep telling us to support feminism. It's suited them quite well. There was a guy at a conference recently with his wife. They both argued that working men had lost work and these well-paid women had taken up jobs- like teaching and lots of clerical and public service jobs at middle range level. Ask a working mum, in a poorer suburb, what she thinks of feminism. Not much, is the usual answer. Posted by Waverley, Wednesday, 17 August 2016 6:00:13 PM

as though a media scribbler sets the agenda in this country. Men and boys should stop acting like girls, pull their fingers out, and do what they need to to get by. What wimps some of us are.
