Thanks for that - I'm really not interested
in any more "personality tests."
My husband and I worked and lived in
Los Angeles for close to ten years. I worked at
the University of Southern California and
my husband (an architect) worked for architectural
firms. Having
experienced all sorts of "motivational gurus,"
and people who bought all the books, took all
the courses, listened to all the tapes, I became
familiar with all the jargon, and the symptoms.

Friends of ours payed and prayed and hoped they'll
be saved by any of the hundreds at latter-day profits...
er, prophets, who peddle hope for cash.

Anyway, Thank You for your good intentions.

I find typology useful, but you have reminded me of the downside. I had a second reminder amongst the junk-mail today, which included an invitation to take a personality test, from the Church of Scientology.

The whole racism rant really is wearing thin. Adam Goodes a 'proud aboriginal man battling the evil force of racism'. For goodness sake, I recall many an occasion being called a 'white c..'. Once as a seven year old with my little sister,by an adult woman, and many more times up until my late teens. Some of the accusers nearly as white as me. That was oppressing and depressing.
Im all for getting rid of racism, but to be honest, even today I see more racist acts and abuse against non indigenous, particularly in WA. In saying that I have worked with many aboriginals, made very good friends also. It appears those on benefits receiving all the government handouts and over compensations are the more hateful, instilled with racism. (Enjoy intimidating especially in groups) This backward attitude is clearly being passed down, worsening the existing sub-culture in many towns and some Perth suburbs.
Some of these do-gooders with so much to say, should get out of their little offices and spend some quality time in these towns with the people they claim to represent. Only then will they be qualified to comment.
