Victorian gangs are being accused of grooming children in care that are as young as 12 into prostitution.

Veteran child protection workers have said sexual exploitation of state wards was "endemic" and they were powerless to protect children in their care.

It is alleged older teens groom youngsters on behalf of predators in return for money and drugs, News Limited reports.

Police have set up a taskforce to investigate a gang of Afghans in Dandenong suspected of preying on teens in care.

Senior child protection workers have told News Limited the gang has sexually abused girls in care in Dandenong, Shepparton and Melbourne's west.

In a statement, Victoria Police said it worked closely with the Department of Human Services to prevent children in protection from being sexually exploited.

Since September 2012 a collaborative approach was established to respond to incidences of sexual exploitation and to train people who work with at risk adolescents.

"Since then there have been several successful investigations with offenders sentenced for child exploitation offences. There are a number of ongoing operations," the statement said.

And finally, here is some common sense that totally undermines the attempt to frame Saudi Arabia for 9-11. If Saudi Arabia really wanted to hurt the United States, they don't need to fly airplanes into skyscrapers to do it. All they have to do is ask for their money back, all at once. The resulting damage to the US financial system would make 9-11 look like a minor inconvenience in comparison.

And it would be perfectly legal for Saudi Arabia to ask for their money back.

Right now the official story of 9-11 has crashed as badly a healthcare.gov. The American people are looking at the US Government and Israel with a great deal of suspicion. So, under the principle that if at first you don't succeed, lie, lie again, the perpetrators of 9-11 are crafting a new lie to replace the old one.

The new lie takes the form of a supposedly secret report on 9-11 which Representatives Stephen F. Lynch and Walter B. Jones are demanding be made public. This report is claimed to place the blame for 9-11 entirely on Saudi Arabia; a clear attempt at a frame-up to protect the guilty by transferring the blame to a convenient but innocent target.

But the claim makes no sense...Saudi/Arabia would not risk the loss of the billions of dollars..they have invested in the US with such a stunt...And as I point out in the excerpt above, Saudi Arabia does not need to crash planes into buildings..to harm the United States, but could quite legally destroy..the nation simply by asking for all their money back..at once.
