Well Peter, it certainly made a change from the predominantly negative attitudes towards women from the beginning of time!
I believe this anti-female attitude is still the dominant feeling in our world today, although we have certainly improved on those attitudes since the 1960's.
On the whole though, I found this article to be a fairly positive one re the gender wars of today. The author is correct in realising that usually Mothers love their sons, brothers and fathers, and Fathers love their daughters, sisters and mothers.
Thus how can the different genders feel negative towards all people of the opposite sex?
We all want what is best for all our family members and friends, no matter what their gender.
I, for one, feel positive about gender differences and similarities and believe it is what makes us attracted to each other!
