> Your sort of comedy act could be a relief from from stale nutters already here.

Well, thanks indeed for the compliment. But seriously, all Albo needs is a software upgrade. He's an early model and the code may be wearing out.

The grubs from the ABC with ads, Chanel 9, couldn't even get John Howard to side with them. When asked to comment on Albo's lack of knowledge on a trivial matter, Howard replied, "Alright. So what?

As with all tiresome electioneering periods, the most irritating and silly participants will be the media.

Thanks everyone for your comments.

There's a couple of quotes that may be relevant:

1) We don't get governments by the majority.
We have governments by the majority who participate.
(Thomas Jefferson).

2) Bad officials are elected by good citizens who don't
vote.
( George Jean Nathan).

3) Not voting is not a protest.
It is surrender.
(Keith Ellison).

As you can tell - voting to me is very important.
I firmly believe in having my say and I also believe
that little by little people can achieve great things.
Drop by drop even mountains can be changed.

SteeleReflux claims that Albozo is a good guy with good policies.

Funny, for a proposed PM with a far-left socialist background and bugger all concept with economics I would struggle to find anyone less qualified.

As for policies, Labor after the last election when Labor's policies pissed off too many voters, is running on such a small target profile that Labor is essentially a policy free area.

shadowminister,

Which of the Labor leader's policies do you object to
please be more specific?

And how do you know what his economic knowledge is?
He has a Bachelor of Economics and one of his
portfolios dealt with infrastructure - regional.
He's been a deputy PM during Kevin Rudd's stint as
PM and he'd been on Labor's front bench for 2 decades.

He's no stranger to federal politics.

Slurring off at him personally does not do your credibility much
good. You have to do much better if you want to be taken
seriously. Also calling people derogatory names demeans you
more than anyone else.
