Regarding the "it's not my job" phenomena- I remember that Malcolm Turnbull warned about not trying to educate the electorate about the constitution and constitutional responsibility. However Scott Morrison has done an amazing job through the Corona Crisis- he's put his head down and quietly gone about his job. While I believe that others are more politically appropriate to protecting British Australian interests it's good to see people that are calm in a crisis.
The Labor Party appears to be trying to distract the angry Victorian people from Daniel Andrews dismal record. Bait and Switch. If the Labor party can direct the anger towards Scott Morrison in the Federal Election then they will be in the mood for reconciliation when the Victorian State Election comes around. The Victorian People have suffered world renowned grievous treatment by Daniel Andrews- as they grieve they will pass through the stages of Denial, Anger, Depression, Acceptance- but they will remember the evil of Dan- can they ever trust the Labor Party again Posted by Canem Malum, Friday, 6 May 2022 12:56:57 AM

shonky, keep in mind, if not for the work of unionists "parasites" in the workforce such as yourself would not be enjoying the cushy lifestyle you now do.
Dumbo Albo is at it again. We know Morrison is a failure, and Albo is a fool, the decent alternative is to vote for the GREENS or Independents. Posted by Paul1405, Friday, 6 May 2022 5:46:08 AM

There are big differences between the two major
parties. For example, people who are focused on designing, building, and constructing a product are not focused on selling the product. While people who are focused on selling the product are not focused on designing, building, and constructing the product. Selling is what they do best. I'm sure that you can figure out to which group Scott Morrison belongs and to which group Anthony Albanese belongs. I watched Q and A last night where David Speers had Anthony Albanese on as a guest. Anthony Albanese took questions from the very mixed audience. Scott Morrison has been invited on the program but has declined. Posted by Foxy, Friday, 6 May 2022 8:37:26 AM

Regarding the "It's Not My Job," phenomenon?
That is a perfect example of spinning the situation. By a PM and his Party. We've had the "bungled vaccine rollout" plus the consistent blaming of the states and others when anything goes wrong and taking credit when it is the states that have done the greater part of the job on dealing with COVID. It's the states (with Premiers like Dan Andrews)sticking to the medical advice, being quick to keep the public informed about what's going on in a tough situation and dealing with changing circumstances and taking a considered and proportional response to the threat. Morrison on the other hand is clearly seen as not taking responsibility for anything and not being accountable for the mistakes made in the government handling of COVID as well as not being honest about what has caused problems and being more interested in spinning (selling) a situation. No wonder the man gets attacked during his public appearances by so many disgruntled voters. Posted by Foxy, Friday, 6 May 2022 9:03:03 AM

This is interesting...
He was 'mobbed' by locals who took selfies and chatted with the Prime Minister http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10625333/Federal-election-2022-Scott-Morrison-mobbed-pub-Perth.html Posted by Canem Malum, Friday, 6 May 2022 3:09:07 PM

Do your homework, the number of people that lost their cushy union jobs wasn't 2000.
