There are things called facts out there if you care to look them up rather than live in some sort of delusional social-media haze stoked by self-interest, ignorance and prejudice.

I wasn't "passing judgement" on Kennedy personally but pointing out the relative importance of diplomacy over chest-thumping and sabre-rattling which may play well to the congregation but typically achieves nothing.

At least in those days we had a defence industry.
