I can't understand why people are taking a private

The name calling and lying is coming from the one side of politics, the government side. There are those in the government who want the Coalition to lose the election. This crap being dished out to the media is not by accident, but a well orchestrated attempt to bring down Morrison in the long term. All fingers are pointing at a Joyce/Dutton conspiracy. Dutton is on three stickers, one he thought he had the top job in the bag, but Morrison knifed Turnbull and got himself up, two he thought Morrison would lose the last election, but he got up, another loss for Dutton. Dutton's plast chance is for Morrison to lose in May.

When Joyce offered to resign, it was a test of Morrison's authority and Morrison failed, Joyce knows he has Morrison where he wants him.
