His speach has been deteriorating over the year. Are you telling me
you have never noticed ? This seems to be a step down from just a month ago.
Frankly, it is just cruelty to put him up in front of the world and
let him try and speak. It was really sad to watch, he could not get
a sentence out that made sense. He just babbled on.
No doubt he has bad days but it does explain so few news conferences.
Just looking at his face and his manner you could see that he is aware
of his loss of trend of thought. It is just cruel to force him to speak.

Any country with 27 million inhabitants should be able to field better candidates and limit politicians to only two terms and that on the minimum wage plus scrutinised expenses and no pension; then we might get some really goood representation.
