Hi ttbn and Indy,

My last comment on this boring topic was 11th June, when I suggested to Foxy that maybe that dead old Prince Phil could return and haunt the students common room, no one took up that suggestion. From then on my few posts were off topic, mostly a chat to my forum friend Foxy. In fact I don't see much discussion on the topic at all. Why? Because its another one of ttbn's boring non issues!

The removal of the Queen's portrait at the
Oxford University's Post Graduate Student's
Common Room was totally unnecessary and it
was not a majority decision anyway - merely at
the suggestion of a foreign student. It should not
have happened. Hopefully - the portrait shall be
re-instated. Oxford is one of the oldest universities
and is a symbol of British excellence in education.
The Queen is UK's monarch - and this is appropriate
to have her portrait there. I believe that the student
who objected to the portrait was an American - I wonder
how he would feel to have some of the American icons
removed from certain places in his country?

I think we all know that the Three Cranks chat to each other desperate for support that they don't get from anyone else. Any Doubts That The Three Cranks Are Idiots Were Removed long ago.

A crank is a good thing. It gets things going.
And where would a discussion forum be without at
least one crank. But the forum can certainly do
