This White Paper by America’s Front-Line Doctors is full of interesting information that you might now know about the covid shots.

The Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZenica and J&J products are not approved by the FDA. Those defending the shots by comparing them with vaccines are confusing approved with non-approved.

Pharma are shielded from liability. Imagine that. [But businesses, doctors, nurses, and negligent government officials remain liable.]

The relevant companies are not claiming that the shots will:
Stop transmission of the virus
Reduce death or hospitalisation rates. “If fact the vaccine protocols did not measure if the vaccine prevented serious disease or death.”
They were declared effective on the basis of tiny samples of persons who got madly symptomatic in the placebo versus control groups
The death rates is 100 x that for the flu vaccine.

Breach of Nuremberg principles; unacceptable risk of fertility; lack of justification in U.S. law - read ‘em and weep.

It will be interesting to see whether someone gets up a class action over this in Australia. The Federal Court rules mean that if you can get 7 or so plaintiffs with the same legal complaint, you can start a class action. Since it means one case, but many clients, they can be very profitable, so I think we can assume class action lawyers will be looking at it.

Administrative law provides corrective orders against government officials for unlawful actions, but not money damages. To get a court order for money compensation, you’ve got to prove a tort such as negligence. But I think, since promoting the shots is in breach of the Nuremberg principles it would be relatively easy to prove negligence in making the executive decision to adopt that policy? A couple of things for your information: -

The TGA (Therapeutic Good Administration) in Australia
is part of the Australian Government's Department of
Health. They regulate medicines, vaccines, medical
devices, blood, blood products, et cetera. They provide
access to safe and effective COVID-19 vaccines in
Australia. The TGA assesses all COVID-19 vaccines before
they are used in Australia.

The TGA will only register a vaccine if its benefits
are much greater than its risks.

This means every vaccine available in Australia has been
proven to protect against COVID-19.

Clinical trials for the Pfizer and Astra Zeneca vaccines
have shown that these 2 vaccines are effective in
preventing:

1) Development of COVID-19 and -
2) Protecting against severe disease.

These trials involve tens of thousands of participants
worldwide.

Your giving us information about what some so called
"frontline doctors" in the US have stated in a report
has no bearing to Australia.

Cumberland, are you aware that America's Frontline
Doctors group has a notorious reputation for
spreading misinformation about the pandemic. That they
have little to no experience in treating Covid-19
patients. That they are not fact based or reputable.

It's the other way around. You have been misinformed.

Not even the manufacturers are claiming that the so-called vaccines protect stop you getting covid, or stop you getting sick, or stop you spreading it, or stop you spreading the 'vaccine'. It's a question of fact. Look it up.

Secondly, the TGA is not in a position to say it's safe or effective, because the clinical trials have not been done. I've already told you this. Why are you pretending you don't know?

Governments and mass media are notorious for misinformation about covid. Literally every step of the way, they have got it wrong or at least contradicted themselves: on masks, on lockdowns, on the tests, on the results, on the numbers.

It is not a credible or trustworthy approach to the knowledge problem to simply repose blind confidence in what they are telling you.

You need to think for yourself.

Libelling the group is not a competent answer. You need to reply point on point with evidence and reason, not just satisfy yourself with hurling a personal insult that someone else supplies you with, and repeat the circular confidence that authority answers all questions.
