that's only 600 rounds per minute, an ordinary double action revolver is capable of a cyclic rate of fire of around 900/minute before the return rate of the main spring is exceeded.

You can't carry your gun in a government building, like parliament house, you might consider that as strict, considering your support for that gun toting mob who invaded the American Capitol Building, but for me no its out of the question.
