This probably seems somewhat excessive to most average people.

It's not as excessive as computers being deliberately made out-dated every year & being replaced when there's no need other than manufacturers pushing for more business.
Where the excesses come into play is when petroleum-hungry commodities are being persued by excessive frivolous want by excessively selfish people !
People who use these commodities are the most vocal when it comes to blame manufacturers for global warming !
They also blame farming for polluting our waterways yet bleat lack of variety of food in supermarkets. They denounce the burning of coal yet scream poor service when the power goes off on rare occasions.
The average snowflakes & their parents really are very, very stupid people who are forced to vote yet jeopardise the future of the Nation at every turn !
They're Labor's back bone !
