The Victorian division has around 100 full time staff. An experienced CEO could expect to pull in excess of $200,000 at that kind of levels.
I know of two people in civil engineering who are making those kind of figures as high end machinery operators.
Excavator operators in the mines are pulling $65 per hour as a base rate putting them in the $200,000 plus bracket working just 35 weeks of the year.
Not sure why you are getting so stirred up about it.
