If you consider yourself to be a "wise judge" then please that into consideration that I think judges are low-life dishonest and untrustworthy scumbags and I wouldn't do them the honour of pissing on them if they were on fire.

And that goes for lawyers generally.

Q: What's the difference between a lawyer and a leech?

A: One's a blood sucking parasite, the other's a leech.

Perhaps there are simil;ities between forms of feudalism and some current political trends, IF the Mafia and similar organisations can be associated with new forms of feudalism.

It's just that the way Trumpf acts, it is easy to see him as capo da capo of a vast Mafia-type enterprise: they don't have to be Italian, after all. So yes, feudalism, neo-feudalism if you like, is still flourishing in Trumpf's base-support.
