I'm puzzled that you're not aware that bombing & fireworks are a case of (for want of a more appropriate word) necessity vs frivolity !

The millions wasted on fireworks would be useful to build a miserable prison in the desert to lock up all involved who are ripping off older people in aged care nursing homes.
