The last report I heard a couple of months ago was for a 60-70% chance of an El Nino event this Xmas. Up 5-10% on the indication several months earlier than that one. Not a major EN but still an EN event, which will mean continuing drought and most probably more extreme fires and water shortages.
Looks like you are doing your own calculations based on information you are gleaning from BOM, etc. Are you a meteorologist?
