Moving the Reset pin on the Mother board clears the BIOS (move the jumper pin over to the other pin, wait 10 seconds, move it back) Fixed. Reload your Windows 10 back on then the Norton Security & the Windows Updates. Then reload your Programmes. Simple as boiling water.
