Australia about to deport Russian whistleblower and his wife.

willing to deport this family. Possibly it could be
that they don't have the proper paperwork. I'll have to
do a bit more research. However, surely the government
should consider this family's human rights and our
obligations to help people who would be in real danger if
they were to be deported - over red-tape concerning
paperwork. From the little that I have read - Nick
Stride supplying corruption evidence against Igor Shuvalov - one
of the most powerful and wealthiest men in Russia and a
personal friend of Putin - is
a dangerous thing to have done and guarantees severed
repercussions to Stride and his family.
Hopefully the publicity this incident is attracting now
worldwide- will help our government to re-consider their
decision concerning this family. A precedent was already
set by the late Sir Robert Menzies then PM - with the Petrov
Affair - way back when being anti-communist counted for
much more - as my parents would testify, were they still
alive.
