SteeleRedux Quote "but instead charged on to the next diversion." Pointing out others have woken up to a lot just being economic refugees or economic migrants same thing is not a diversion it is more evidence as to the reality of what is occurring around the world.

There are legitimate refugees but they are in camps next to the country they left as per the refugee convention.

I am not going to answer questions that you know are correct but are being pedantic in wanting examples, how long have infowars been around if every story was fake they would be gone long ago.

Hi SteeleRedux,
I had to dig around a bit to find a link to the podcast episode on the webpage you linked to, were you trying to simply use the word 'Pizzagate' to try to discredit me or did you actually watch the podcast episode?

I think the #Pizzagate tag had more to do with the 'Focus on the Facts' radio show and Evelyn Pringle who interviewed George Webb as a guest rather than George himself advertising Pizzagate.

I listened to that episode and there was no mention of Pizzagate.

However he'd been a guest 1 month prior and did discuss it, but I haven't listened to that episode.
http://prn.fm/focus-facts-03-13-17/

I think there was some legitimate questions over Pizzagate, but I stayed away from Comet Pizza saga because there was no upside to it.
I didn't like the smell of it, and that was even before someone ran in waving a gun, and the whole thing turned into a farce.

My interest was more towards Laura Silsby and the contents of Podesta emails rather than Comet Pizza.
I thought the pedophile related logos there were curious however.

George's research looked at pedophilia more in the area of compromise operations, where people would be filmed in the act and then become controlled by others once they hold it over them. High profile people could be taken on expensive yachts out into international waters or those who rode the Lolita Express out to Jeffrey Epstein island where they thought they were safe from scrutiny, for example.

And he didn't go looking for the story, it was a legitimate line of questioning in regards to his investigation into Clinton operations in Haiti as well as in regards to the Podesta emails release.

I'll stick up for Infowars, though I haven't watched it much lately.
Alex Jones documentaries were what first woke me up, but he often rants too much on his show and doesn't spend enough time explaining facts, so it really does become a 'War for your mind' (Infowars slogan) as much as it is a news or information service.
Also he won't criticise Israel as much as Israel sometimes deserve the criticism.

Over the years I've moved across to other shows which provide a better analysis of the kind of topics Alex discusses, but I'll still stick up for them. They're a bit 'alarmist' but certainly no worse in factual content then other mainsteam media news, when you factor in fake news narratives.

Dear AC,

Well actually I was discrediting Webb and rightly labelled him a kook. He is antivaxx, doesn't believe HIV causes Aids, and went to hospital with 6 others after consuming his own alternative medicines. Grade A kook.

You wrote; “I think there was some legitimate questions over Pizzagate”. There are no legitimate questions over Pizzagate. Nothing happened. It was all made up. I get that you love a good conspiracy but most have some semblance of substance. This had none. Zip, Zilch, Zero and those who think otherwise are also kooks.

Well you know at some level I should be proud to be called a kook, and wear it like a badge of honour;
In the same way that I'm a racist, a homophobe, a rapist, a bigot, xenophobe, misogynist, anti-semite etc.
- Apparently...

Being a kook really just means I don't naively believe what I'm told without putting the issue to some scrutiny first.

"He is antivaxx, doesn't believe HIV causes Aids, and went to hospital with 6 others after consuming his own alternative medicines. Grade A kook."

Well I don't know if these things you allege are true, and I've been watching him for 2 years +
- Do you have any link to him stating this as fact?

Antivaxx is a vague term - why do you seem to use all these vague terms as poor attempts to discredit me?
Using all these terms just mischaracterises the actual issues for the benefit of convincing other useful idiots.

I might be considered an antivaxxer too, (add it to the above list) because I don't tow the official stance to the T, and I question the safety and effectiveness of some vaccines, whether they're safe for kids under certain ages, and whether it's safe for them to be given so many shots at once, and whether the vaccines themselves are truly safe (given side effects and allergies) and if they aren't 100% safe that parents should be informed of the risks and hold the final decision over what is given to their child.
- This doesn't necessarily mean I'm against the science of inoculation despite the intention to label one as such.
That doesn't make me a kook, it makes me cautious, diligent and responsible.

At some point, I'll go have a look at the Pizzagate stuff, try to refresh myself with the legitimate aspects to it (the parts that held merit and the parts that didn't) and I'll come back to it.

Dear AC,

I neither want to discourage nor disparage your desire to be comfortable with the term kook. However this is the second time that you have used my critique of someone else to impugn that I was disparaging you directly. I was not.

May I gently suggest that for you to be thinking otherwise does flag a paranoia that seems often in the mix among those who enjoy the fruits of conspiracy theories.
