The applicants, fudged their reasons for acceptance under the relevant act.
They did not prove their case, as it was never tested, only taken at their word, and because they made such a lot of noise.
It had more to do with WHO they knew than what the true facts were.
Using the pathetic excuse and reasoning that the child became stressed if they took too long to find a parking space is absolute BS, and you are complicit in the deceit and lies, if you dis-agree.
The answer should have been, 'how does the child know, when it's taking too long'?
And why isn't mum simply get the first available bay?
NO, because SHE is LAZY and doesn't want to walk any further than the ACROD, because why should she when others don't have to.
