Or at any other age for that matter. Your nose is the shape it is for a reason, and it's a remarkably daft idea to let somebody tinker with it in the name of vanity.
You do realise that surgery carries the risk of complications, right? Some people go to sleep under anaesthetic... and never wake up. Sometimes the anaesthesia doesn't work properly, and you're aware of what's happening but you can't move or scream to let them know while they're sawing through your facial bones. Sometimes surgical wounds get infected with superbugs and you have to get your pretty new nose amputated because it's gone gangrenous - although if you get a septic wound in the maxillofacial triangle of death, an unpleasant death is the more likely result.
Undergoing unnecessary surgery is right up in the list of brilliant ideas alongside sticking forks in toasters and attempting home dentistry. Don't be so bloody daft.
