Gday Kevin Rudd, how goes it mate? I am a member of the ALP and a trade unionist.
Gee you have picked up our hopes, thanks for that, reckon we could win this one without much effort.
May I talk about workers, no bloke not unionists all who work?
See right now some are buying the third home, hard work and effort good on them, but some have kids and wifes who suffer every day.
Workchoices, yes it does the job Johny wanted inflicts pain on those who can least afford it low income earners first.
Now unions ,are you aware most of us union members and those who are not members do not want the world?
Could you maybe look at the NSW system as a national one?
Could you give us back fair arbitration?
Mate can we have balanced union right of entry?
Kick the other end of those who play up, who drag the movement down with idiotic acts.
But John Howard could not understand a difference in unions exists hope you find time to say Gday to Robbo mate.
He is a good bloke ,hey Bill Shorten heard of him? future Prime Minister for sure.
Look just need to say while the conservative lies about unions owning you are not selling, a few of us voices in the crowd[ about half a million] is my guess hope we are being heard.
We only want a fair go bloke regards I will be as usual on a red neck booth on polling day and so very happy at my back yard victory bash, not alone I hope.
And I hope not alone after we win.

There are two deadly Word's that haunt political culture in this country. This was something David Williamson noticed. Sorry to be the messenger but beware:

I am aware of Dons party, in fact I lived in the days that saw us in opposition for 23 years.
No last minute savior for John Howard no Tampa no 9/11 no last minute capture of Bin Larden.
Right now our country is booming, not all Howard's work.
The share of the dollar paid as income is as low as it was years ago.
While some prosper and do own 2 or 3 homes some eat baked beans and struggle to pay the single mortgage.
If interest rates rise again [and they will] far too many will be bankrupt.
Australia is divided into the haves and the soon will not haves.
Mr Rudd will be Prime Minister and a good one.
But while I want no golden pre paid future for unions under our child Labor, I want our voice heard as much as the big business unions like those of the miners.
My doubts do not include any about the ALP victory.
Every time in my life I saw a Labor person rat on the party I said I would never do that.
A national IR system could be fair and balanced if based on the NSW one.
Arbitration is not radical, enterprise bargaining is a win win with true productivity increases, right of entry stops some true crimes against workers.
Already workers are dieing as state work cover offices become slothful and uncaring.
no Dons party just a new direction for Australia.
I have no concerns that unions must be more responsive too but we must be able to breath.

Gday again Kev just thought you may wish to hear from another bloke who did it tough as a kid.
Mum had 16 child births 8 of us made it to teen age years, dad was a railway fettler.
And he was a union delegate, not surprising he maned the booths each election.
We sat around the radio and as each seat fell we cheered or sat quietly.
You would not remember but you may know one year we lost after a hand full of far left preferences went to that bloke Killen or some thing like it.
Nothing much has changed we trade unionist still man the booths, still work that final month full time to get us , thats me and you , our mob over the line.
We understand you must govern for all Australians, that not all who work vote ALP that not all unionists do.
We do no want an unfair advantage or any advantage Kev.
Can you understand how your lash at Robbo sounded?
How often in mid speech at how much we need you elected in so many lunch rooms a voice in the crowd becomes a shout? WHY?
We will win, you will be a great prime minister but will you forget your promises?
If you get a chance a day to spare come with me, we can only visit two shops, meal times you know, workchoices.
Visit people on the very edge of real poverty because they have never been other than low income earners.
Yet work full time
Kev we only want a fair go bloke.
Oh Kev that hard childhood, ever had dumplings in syrup on Sunday? because it was the only food in the house?
God please I hope no one ever has to live like that again, it is no crime to be poor .

Belly,
Rudd was as redneck to blacks in Nambour as his mates.

So don't think for a moment he knows working class values (at least not how i know em)

How he ever got into a Labor party that espoused socialist views is beyond me.

But upon further reflection, perhaps the ALP just did lip service to truly leftist ideals.

Now don't get me started on unions and their blindness to the working conditions of Indigenous Australians or their weak as pss effort in stolen wages advocacy.

A few Words From PALE.

I am sure your " Kev old mate" will answer you some day. He probably jumps out of bed and rushes to OLO to see what you have posted next.
- Funny as.

Its kind of like - With friends like you etc etc.

I dont mean to be rude and you always seem to take my comments too personally however For the Love Of God why do you people not understand that good leaderships starts from the home.

Why do people have bucket loads of children when they are poor?

This Labour Welfare attitude is what put Australia in trouble years ago.
Yeh Sure I have heard everbody should be treated the same.
to a point I agree with that Belly.

The problem with your party in the past is they expect a small group of people in this country to support all the others on Welfare.

They put this country into huge debt. At least this Government[ which I hate] has cleared up that mess.

Just look at the ALP State Governments right now Belly.
They are all in huge debt again!
If they cant run a State how can they run the Country?

Just like if you dont use common sense in the home and only have what you can afford you have set a mind tred for your kids to always expect a handout through welfare.

By the way The daughter of An Old Bushy bullock team driver who spent many Sundays tucked around the old camp fire with the Dumplings with Golden Scyrup.
Great Days.

I am watching your old buddy Rudd Belly.
He iS Starting to impress me if only be his personal determination.

He speaks far more slowly and comes across more like a bloke than a cross between my Aunty and her yappy little dog.

Hes even dropped his favourite saying and I am wondering if its anything to do with his approval of the barbaric live animal trade.

The saying being>

Beyond The PALE.

Pale I understand you are female, just maybe you are getting on a bit, can you give any value to others thoughts?
Kevin Rudd has more than once spoken to me.
He if he is any politician knows of our forum, in fact many on both sides read it.
Press story's have been generated from threads here and other forums.
I takeyour posts personally? yes ! intensely rude, biased, and one tracked I take you rants personally!
But do you know I truly am a product of my youth? one of 16 kids our parents taught us manners.
What would you do with us? those kids?| at a time when governments paid others to come to this country generations of us working class lived and died for it.
Would you exterminate us? only feed the ones you need?
My grandfather drove bullocks he would have found another place to camp had you shown up.
Kevin Rudd is our next prime minister your mob have already been rejected by Australia, IS IT YOUR INTENTION TO BLINDLY AND RUDELY INSULT THEM?

polpak, ditto, the unions made all the right noises about
SW but when it comes to pushing it up the line via their elected to parliament members they ran a mile. and they have a hide to talk about their history of protecting workers rights...unconscionable bastards the lot of them...

The irony is that Kevin Rudd’s missus was quick to pay back workers she short changed and he right on cue singing her praises …but absolutely silent on Stolen Wages in Queensland and the paltry sum his Mate Peter Beattie offered Aboriginal workers back in 2002…

rainer you very much highlight bigotry and hate that comes far too often from Aboriginal community's.
YOU FAIL TO GIVE CREDENCE TO THE HELP INDEED DEMANDS FOR TRUE EQUALITY some WITHIN THE UNION COMMUNITY DEMAND FOR YOUR PEOPLE.
Most in fact within my movement, you blindly make claims about those who have used the trade union ladder to get into the house, do you not understand some of them betray even that movement that put them there?
I hold your all encompassing comments in contempt, and again highlight as is my right, some Aboriginals are as racist as the worst the world has seen.
I claim no halo for white Australia, we have much to be ashamed of ,but yet again in the single minded quest for money, for a free feed , you blacken us for another generations sins.
And I grow weary of those who can see no fault from the side they stand on and no good from the other.
Your comments about unions best explain my thoughts about you.

Belly , anytime you want to march in solidarity with me and mine on Stolen Wages and ask me to explain my father and other elders worked AS SLAVES or for a half the wages of their white co workers- just let me know. And you think this is racism? Wow!

Until then, Shut the F up.

Your anger is shot gun like aimed at every one.
I will not hide from the view you do more harm to your people than good by this action.
And never would I fail to tell you that to your face.
My thoughts remain unchanged
racism is evil even if its from a minority.

My Dad drove bullocks not far from where you live. Slim Dusty used to ride with him. You wont get more Aussie than our family.
Your claims of our rudeness are unfound.

You open threads belly but refuse to answer any questions.
We think that is rude.
You seem to have little else to say other than Kevin will be the next PM and your wonderful.
We have enquired of you on several times to explain some of your partys policys.
You refuse. Probably- and I know I am on the money here because- you dont know them yourself.
Now back to having sixteen kids with no money to feed them
Thats about as understandable as the APLs policies.
A complete lack of management
Dad as I said was a Bullock Team driver too and it was tough in those days for everybody belly.

He didnt have sixteen kids either because he took some reasonsiblty towards his wife and family.

The Other thing is Belly in all honesty from what I see you dont even know Rudd
You simply support him because YOU have a job with the them in a union. Isnt that right!

These elections are about YOU and your desire to be acknowledged and involved in your area in a good job you like.

Nothing wrong with that either just so long as you dont think you can Bully your way into small business owners telling others what to do.
Oh and one more thing Belly.

If you really undedrstood Old bullock team drivers you would understanding you have just upset your grand dad.

As for my being old? Here is a picture
Do I look old?
http://www.halakindmeats.com/

Now just before you go please explain the anti age policy of the ALP
I didnt see that one!
Wonderful example of ALPs members attitude.
