One does not need to investigate getup to see that by and large they are a very large dumbed down set of kids who have never been spanked in their life and now want to preach and enforce their dogmas on everyone else. Of course they are anti coal, pro renewables and major backers of perverting the marriage act. This alone makes them best friends with the abc.

Shadow, you make a habit of getting it wrong. Do you still claim that the Liberal and Nation Parties so strenuously vet prospective candidates that there would be no possibility that their members could ever do a Greens and fail to disclose their citizenship correctly , hardy ha ha! National Party leader Barnyard was booted by the High Court, and the dopey Liberal Senate President Stephen Parry, who has been hiding under a rock trying to avoid detection, has been found to be a Pom and forced to resign. Maybe you have been dumb downed on this subject by all that biased reading of the Murdoch gutter press you do.

Example of a quote from a poor mislead individual; "Newscorp does not campaign for anyone".

Donations need to be properly authorised.
Transparency is key. There should not be
different treatments for anyone. But of
course in politics we know that is not
going to be the case. Tax scams, money
laundering will continue. And finger-pointing
and police-involvement will always be a useful
tool especially if it can cause embarrassment
for the opposition and diversion from the
government's problems.

Most unfortunate, here in NSW we had a conga line of corrupt Liberals taking illegal backhander donations from property developers. Their corruption was exposed by the ICAC.

With the Liberal Party in government, in Sydney don't leave home in the morning, because when you return in the afternoon, your house will be gone, and some developer will have knocked up a block of flats in its place, all with the Liberal Governments approval of course!

GetUp! is definitely a Leftist political organisation, supporting Left wing policies only. It was kicked off with $50k from Unions NSW,and Shorten's old union came up with $100k. The Coalition has moved so far to the left that GetUp! should start supporting it anytime now, although Pyne evidently did not bung them sufficient money to help him to get Turnbull the leadership in 2009.
