//Perhaps we need to target all persons turning 18 with the citizen Test upon which they sign to abide by our laws, culture and values. The privilege of citizenship should allow one to vote and receive medical and welfare care.//

So basically we come up with a system where people who struggle with exams really get the rough end of the pineapple, rather than just worse job prospects than people who are good at exams. I'd be fine, but it's a bit hard on the people with learning disabilities. And it sounds eerily similar to the plot of a sci-fi movie I saw a trailer for a while ago.

Tories... they're a worry.

For a more intelligent take on the value of citizenship tests, I was fortunate enough to catch a BBC radio show called 'Paul Sinha's Citizenship Test', in which he takes a satirical look at the British citizenship test. It's awfully good. Sadly no longer on the BBC website, but I managed to track down the first two episodes.

Could we make quite sure that our bigamy laws will be enforced and that Islamic texts like the Koran will be treated under 18C as hate speech?

Radicalisation is in fact, a manifestation of divided loyalty.

At least trying to ascertain the level,of loyalty to be expected to
the Australian people when new people profess to want to become Australian
and to also set down firm requirements and penalties for non compliance is
finally a commonsense approach to immigration.

Because this was not done sooner, we are now having problems that even blind freddy
can see. It's a shame when killings had to start on home soil, (re terror attacks.)
before the hippie love and tolerance lot, would even allow discussion of these things.
Even now they refuse to understand the evident realities of their policies, and continue
to bow and scrape with more and more sickening, gutless appeasement, to those
who would seek to tear down our culture in favour of their own with its criminally outdated thinking and ideas. Ideas that enslave people, particularly women and
especially young girls, but also men as well.

Hate it, don't want a bar of it, for my children or theirs.
