So, under Shari'a, in what fields of law do women have equal rights to men: family law, property law, marriage law, human rights law, etc. ? Who is supposed to obey whom ? Who has custody of children after a divorce ? Should women have an equal and unfettered right to drive, or to ride bicycles ?
