Last week, on SBS Viceland, I saw a on Vice News, that USA banks require all opening depositing account holders to sign a document statement preventing depositors from taking legal action against banks. Wells Fargo is having class action brought against them for staff having provided bad information leading to customer financial losses.
There are several class actions against Wells Fargo, easier to google “class action against wells fargo”. On February 3, ABC Breakfast around 8.20 AM finance report, guest James Kirby: Wealth Editor, The Australian, on class actions, James Kirby said, “class actions are-are now so common, there was a time when class actions really meant something, it was a big deal when you saw one. They've been four, just in the last week or so...” later in the interview, stringing one liners, James Kirby said, “they're on going, there are so many of them, I don't think, if it keeps up like this, in a year or two it will be like the U.S., you only mention ones that are particularly large”. further information was more specific to individual companies not require for my argument. What can be read in the below (whether false information fake report or not) about 2014 news item post: “In the past year, shareholder class actions alone accounted for $480 million in settlement payouts by Australian companies”. http://www.quinnemanuel.com/the-firm/news-events/article-february-2014-overview-of-the-class-action-regime-in-australia/ Money is the closest real (grab hold of) thing to god as a god will ever get. People praying to god to obtain what they want to increase monetary success and purchased resources. Many religious people may see donating money to religions as paying due taxes to god for their god given monetary success. Several movie stories on courtroom justice may to many people seem realistic justice. Aside from the story drama, justice is served. Television series: The Good Wife, shows courtroom drama each week the series is running, beginning in September 2009, soon after 2008 GFC. The series last episodes showed criminal justice bond court's as fast moving no-one cares innocent or guilty justice system. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Good_Wife Posted by steve101, Wednesday, 8 February 2017 12:42:41 PM

My argument here is that in all television programs, as I have said television's fast moving images and fast spoken words hurrying thought processes, many programs have background laughing at almost every finished sentence, are used to dumb down viewers intelligence by stimulating emotional child-like fun pleasures. In several programs which I theorise establishment want people to watch to remember story themes, hopefully using hurried thought, are courtroom dramas and dumb inefficient policing systems.
Real news, I call created drama for cameras fake news, have federal governments concerned about: gay marriage; passing laws for doctors to aid in a legal choice to commit suicide under given reasons; legal abortion; immigration; legal 5 verse illegal 7 shot shot guns; climate change; a list of rolled over concerns... the family court system doesn't work, too expensive for individuals to use, done wrong by victims resorting to class actions, which continue for many years. Never have heard how real class actions conclude as a news story. Regarding bank financial advisors, I speculate because each individual person's claims are different to that of other claimants, class actions fail, bogged down in individual differences. Share holder complaints are one misinformation report effecting a number of readers. I suggest politics dysfunctional behaviours have much to do with that when fake stories are found to be lies, past glimmers of belief, holds in memories. That seeing post 2008 GFC The Good Wife series increased courtroom dramas, people whom feel cheated out of their wealth, resort to joining class action justice, merely to be frustrated by years of waiting and possibly parting with more wealth. As insurance companies are often responsible for paying out claims, keeping court cases in court punishes claimants. The legal firm Slater and Gordon faces class action, not being able to earn estimated income through finalised cases. http://www.afr.com/news/slater--gordon-faces-250m-class-action-20161011-gs090c As Donald Trump chooses a high court judge, focused media attention is on future judges know judgement beliefs on rejecting legal abortion. Media rarely mention progress on class actions against banks, whether class actions are a good idea and/or provide any alternative advice Posted by steve101, Wednesday, 8 February 2017 12:46:05 PM

Media fails to use their listeners and readers accumulated trust in the media to put media trust to advice pitfalls in investment advice. Media accumulated feelings of trust gives the feel good factor of trust toward other factors: banks; Internet scams.
My informed by a single small accountant firm's financial advisor, after the financial advisor lost money on AMP IPO demutualised in 1998, telling me ASX sends him glossy brochures recommending investments to his clients. The reason he said he lost money on AMP float was ASX brochure on AMP float stated to recommend to his clients to buy AMP at any price. AMP opened at $20 a share, as forecast, immediately jumping to $34 a share, falling back to $20 a share. That days news had John Howard stating an inquiry would take place to why many investors purchased shares at $34 a share, immediately falling back to $20 a share. My opinion is the market duped investors, that no following inquiry happened because the political system is part of the establishment which rips off people's wealth. Recently spoke to a person who trades shares. He gave me a quick verbal explanation on what several share company data lines were doing, theorising some unethical manipulating was going on. I say a touch of unethical trading beliefs allows market trading to seem legitimate. I see 1970s “bottom of the harbour” scheme rip off as little different than investment advisors being advised by share markets and investment package promoters to buy investment company products since after the bottom of the harbour scheme was revealed. The finance media have become more diverse and more psychologically persuasive, convincing investors markets aren't merely there to delay investors spending their money until money can be tricked out of investors using guided into large loss scams. February 5, Joel Osteen's Ten network morning sermon was how this year was going to be a good year of business, that everyone should expect to do well during no mentioned date year, probably because the recorded sermon could be rebroadcast year after year.
I mentioned previously how I theorised Walt Disney was working for Bank of America, that a documentary on Walt Disney suggested he mostly loss money. That Bank of America was happy to dumb down US American citizens with simple distracting entertainment, allowing citizens to borrow under bank recommendations rather than individual borrowers better informed intelligence. If humans are distracted from independent thought long enough, such thought deprived humans will find doubting what they're told, (doubtful thought), difficult to perform. My theory extends to Joel Osteen must be working for an American bank and/or some organised figure, who are in most instances the establishment. The idea that the establishment is limited to the US Republican Party is merely a misdirecting lie, reducing the idea of an establishment to a single political party. Gore Vidal stated that everyone (in the establishment) knew what to do. Several other television evangelists are promoting the end of time Apocalypse theories as though people concerned about their safety should prepare for something bad. When you see these television Doomsday preppers preparing for something bad, they're spending considerable time not earning money, depleting their own wealth. New prediction dates encourage new participants who sell property and/or buy new property in the country to go live in the bush. I'm sure this is some long running joke, establishment members and in the know mates enjoy themselves on how humans wish to protect themselves through human emotionally driven instinct for fight or flight. Everything comes down to human behaviour's abilities experienced while during childhood years. An education system flashed with cash, devoted to keeping students deprived of relevant to life knowledge. steve101 Posted by steve101, Wednesday, 8 February 2017 1:02:19 PM

All this insults between politicians (getting personal) is unproductive. Front bench politicians are chosen on their ability to verbally insult competing politicians. Poorly educated emotional people, finding pleasure in competitive aggressive images, wanting to believe some competitive spirit, entertainment. Children watching fights in a playground, encouraging their favoured child/teenager. Children stressed and bored enjoying change from the boredom, talking about the fight in it's simple shallow context.
…................... Australia Post Boss $5.7 million earnings multiple amounts of money compared to average Australia Post employees, indicates how human intellectual potential to learn new correctly thought out skills, adapting ideas, is being repressed by limited to spelling words advanced maths academic learning, lasting for (most successful students) 13 years. I could invent a theory that constant spelling words and calculating maths, occupying human brains with constant awareness, creating many neuron connections, constantly revisiting same neuron connections, each neuron memory connection creates a minor/barely felt painful experience. Add to that theory a more realistic idea that processing information while constantly feeling mental stress, mental stress is attached to learnt memories. As employed adults, on performing childhood school tasks, mild mental stress memories return to be felt, causing more mental stress while performing paper work tasks, than would have been if while as students at school, academic tasks were limited to no more than two hours a school day. Alcohol and Drug addicted societies could theoretically be caused by forced on society long hours of school education. The least educated, school drop-outs, were merely traumatised in early schooling, too young, too not ready to attend school, least likely to understand how to remember spelling words. There was a recent media mentioned story lasting one day, on how children who first attend school aged in the low age limits. ADHD was being diagnosed and treated, where all that was wrong was too young to attend school children were merely being aged 2-5 child-like old hyperactive. A quick statement from a mother said she allowed her child to do a second year in kindergarten, was the best thing she did. Posted by steve101, Thursday, 9 February 2017 1:18:05 PM

My accusation is this is where fake stories (by faking performances) start, allowing media to report as it happens news stories. That referred to as expert political commentators vaguely rant on about politicians predicted intentions and beliefs, where over time, more frequently than not, nothing happens. Because often nothing happens, I strongly suggest rolled over stories are faked dramas from the very beginning.
The headline moralising do-good intentions of faked dramas, by a speck of intelligent thought that stories are faked, glimmers of quick judgements stick in readers and listeners memories.
Donald Trump has no need to be seen allowing media opportunities to create news stories which must eventually wear down the desires for present attention givers to pay any future ongoing attention. Audiences can only care about so many Apollo moon landings, to a point where having Apollo 13 fake a crisis, bring back audiences attention. The Apollo 13 movie stated how audiences were becoming bored with moon landings, which I suggest was an indication that 13 being an superstitious unlucky number, faked Apollo 13 as a crisis, keeping with the curse the number 13 has. Embarrassing failures expose open media free hand to report all that goes wrong, compared to how Soviets hide all embarrassing failures, I suggest, more important establishment (no free market forces to blame) damning secrets go unreported.
Richard Nixon's Watergate scandal was one of the most positive propaganda promoting real democracy and media separation from the political system dramas, which should have been realised by intelligent people when stated reel to reel tapes were recording every Nixon word in the oval office, that Nixon was reported to have had no idea he was being recorded. Recording equipment secretly put in the next room to the oval office by John F. Kennedy.
