So you would rather the corrupt, liar, and warmonger Clinton?

Yes I must agree Trump:
- supported the wars beforehand - is a constant liar - is richar than most bankers because he cheats actual taxpayers - wants any woman who falls for his self-professed stardom - loudly hates hardworking Latinos - and he'd cancel ANZUS (if he's heard of Australia) because we currently pay to little for America's military protection in his non-taxpaying eyes and those are his good points. Hey plantagenet,
South Park has a amusing comparison. Instead of Trump v's Hillary, it's Giant Douche v's Turd Sandwich. I made a comment yesterday similar to a point made in the article that you linked; which is that Trump may have said some unfavorable things, but this is little in comparison to the actions of Bill and Hillary Clinton. There's honestly no way I could ever support the turd sandwich. What a sad state of affairs. The concept of voting is to get the best candidates into the job, we should have two candidates that are equally good; the best on offer. I think maybe in the eyes of the average person they are not just equally bad but are also equally hated. Posted by Armchair Critic, Monday, 10 October 2016 8:19:44 AM

Hi AC
I'll watch how Trumpy performs in the second Hillary vs Trump debate - starting to screen on ABC about 12 noon today http://www.businessinsider.com.au/how-to-watch-the-us-presidential-debate-online-in-australia-2016-10 And will get back to you. Cheers Pete Posted by plantagenet, Monday, 10 October 2016 9:14:37 AM

Armchair Critic,
Trump didn't just say some "unfavorable things", he outed himself as a sexual predator and bragged about his ability to get away with it because of his status. The discussion may have been "locker-room banter", but what he admitted to doing amounts to sexual assault. Posted by AJ Philips, Monday, 10 October 2016 9:36:32 AM

Most of the criticism of Trump (some of it justified) just deflects attention from the huge mess that America and the Western world is in. Clinton is a shallow crook, if we want to spread the criticism fairly, but she is, at best, capable only of continuing along the same lines as Obama. For all his faults, Trump is best for America and the West if we want the current stupidity and Marxist threat stopped.

I would not consider Donald Trump as too lazy. Trump could have retired on his wealth many years ago. I would consider Trump as the opposite to lazy.
http://forum.onlineopinion.com.au/thread.asp?discussion=7493&page=2 Trump is more follow his instinctive incentives. The amount of effort Trump puts into becoming president, I would suggest Trump is a front man for the never mentioned establishment. Posted by steve101, Monday, 10 October 2016 12:22:06 PM

Hi all,
I think that whomever wins we will be at war with Russia in the near future. Both side have tested their latest weapons and they are ready. Either of these two will start it. What should happen (in a sane world) is for both to he cast aside and a pair of new candidates generated and the n let the people decide. We are on the brink of a worldwide catastrophe and here in Australia all we can think about is a same sex plebiscite and Coral reef bleaching. Dear Chris,
Few would dispute the facts as you presented, but there is no need to interpret them as a "catastrophe". A nuclear war between America and Russia (and a few others) would rather constitute a purification crisis, a necessary correction for a world gone mad. Reducing world population levels and taking the world some decades or centuries back can only be a good thing to look forward to. We in Australia are very lucky to be as further away from it all as possible and if the war occurs soon enough, we will even be able to retain our independent agriculture and car assembly-lines. Well I reckon Trump did better in today's second Trump/Hillary Debate than the first.
But Hillary did better. Trump was deflectively evasive and more than strange http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2016/oct/09/presidential-debate-reactions-trump-clinton If strange and brutal, a la Putin, is the way to rule than Trump is the man (for white men) not others. My Monday, 10 October 2016 2:44:46 PM comment (immediately above) looks ambiguous in retrospect.
Essential to clarify that Trump lost both debates and was boorish and unpredictable (lots of coke(?) snorting sounds) in both. Posted by plantagenet, Monday, 10 October 2016 3:06:44 PM

Yes I agree both Parties should drop them both and appoint their deputies as the front runner.

Well I think Donald did ok in yesterdays 2nd Presidential debate.
He weathered Hillary's attacks and did not get sucked in early to being on the defensive. And then he went on the attack and stuck the knife in, like he should've done in the first place. The look on Bill Clinton's face when he called them out for Bill's sex related crimes and Hillary's legal defense of it was priceless. That Trump stated he would open a special investigation into Hillary's affairs to prosecute her for her crimes (He will likely appoint Trey Gowdy as Attorney General) was only bested by the applause he got when he dropped the line that Hillary should be in jail. I agree with his domestic policies stances more than I agree with Hillary's. But he earned my continued support on the Syria / WW3 issue. He said he held a different view to that of his running mate Mike Pence who advocated attacking Assad directly; which I must say is somewhat concerning in itself that he chose someone not on the same page regards foreign policy. (They could kill Trump in this scenario and Pence as President would continue the 'remove Assad' foreign policy.) I get the feeling that maybe Trumps's too friendly with the Saudi's, Qatari's and maybe also Israel. He's certainly not so friendly with Iran which is a little concerning, as he keeps saying America gave them 150bln which isn't true; and I'd prefer a neutral position although I understand there's other interest groups he needs to appease. I was glad to hear that he doesn't wish to start WW3. Posted by Armchair Critic, Tuesday, 11 October 2016 6:46:09 AM

Yes Trump is more than the conceited Lone Wolf or Rogue White Man oaf that he is.
He is loved by White Blokes no matter what he does or says. But the polls are turning on Trump: "The NBC News-Wall Street Journal poll of national sentiment released on Monday, gave Clinton double-digit leads – 46-35 in a four-way contest; and in a head-to-head with Trump, she was up 14 points. Democrats broke to a seven-point lead on which party respondents believed should control congress." http://www.smh.com.au/world/us-election/second-us-presidential-debate-hillary-clinton-and-donald-trump-face-off-20161009-gryfcz.html Bring on the 8 November Presidential Election so we can forget this Drooler. Clinton has too many univestigated accusations against her, and is too left wing to be president. Some of the allegations against the woman could lead to criminal charges if proved. She has not rebuffed these allegations, unless you think hideous smirking does the trick, nor has the administration of her buddy, Obama, made any attempt to investigate. It has also been widely rumoured that she is having a lesbian affair, seeing that we are talking about filthy remarks made by Trump 11 years ago. And let's not forget hubby, the ace shagger of the U.S.
Of course, none of this should mean a damn thing to us Australians, who have our own lousy politicians to contend with. Posted by ttbn, Tuesday, 11 October 2016 10:43:50 AM

And if you don't think Hideous Hilary does not have a foul mouth , punch in American Thinker, or get into via Bolt's blog today. She ain't no lady.

I wouldn't believe the NBC poll, nor any of the other corporate media polls.
They all support Hillary, NBC even donated $5m to the Clinton Foundation. The real proof of this is in the turnout to his speeches. I told you all before, they cant rig the election without rigging the polls. The media is just creating headlines to engineer public opinion. It's similar to the war narratives we see in the media. I bet there isn't any headlines pointing out how the crowd applauded when Trump said Hillary should be in jail; and then Anderson Cooper told the crowd off for doing so; or how Bill Clinton's victims were present and the look on his face when Trump tried to point of the difference between words and actions. Hi ttbn and AC
Yeah I agree Hillary is pretty bad, but Trump is worse. Hillary is a known quantity - so will provide continuity. Her hubby Bill (with his pack of sins) may conveniently fade (even die) as she distances herself from him. Trump has been a disaster and he's not even Prez yet. A Republican dominated Congress (essential to governance) may not even cooperate with Trump. Pete Posted by plantagenet, Tuesday, 11 October 2016 12:45:55 PM

I thought Bill was going to die when Trump referred to his (Bill's) activities. You wouldn't find a whiter face in Scandanavia.

Just listened to the podcast of the Bolt Report last night. Don't have Sky. Greg Sheridan thinks that Trump and Clinton are the two worst candidates for President in history. He thinks Trump is stuffed

I am sure the average person is sick of the elite, we know better, PC or else brigades. I would love to see Trump get in just to stick it up the smug rubbish who have ignored what has been put wrong over the last fifty years.

I suspect that both parties are coming to realise that, if their candidate is elected, their party will blow any chance of winning the presidency in 2020 and maybe well beyond.
So, given how crazy the situation is, and capitulating to conspiracy theory, maybe each party will try to lose this election ? Bill's Pimp vs. Putin's Pussy - what ghastly choices. Joe Posted by Loudmouth, Wednesday, 12 October 2016 10:33:07 AM

Trump has done something useful. He has brought into focus the intolerable influence sex is having on western world affairs. A hopeful President is possibly destroyed , a world bank chief dismissed, all manner of top actors, sportsmen etc destroyed by sexual affairs. It seems women will never be satisfied even if price of sex never stops climbing.
Just ask Mr Murdock, Mr Packer and even Gina about how much sex has cost them. Every time a women or young girl is raped and murdered and left in some dark alley or river bank, the secret heart of women is uplifted because the price of sex goes up even higher. Humanity is destroying itself as sex is currency of most jihad and wars. We need to demystify and deweaponise sex. It can be done. Some cultures have done it simply to stop over population. Hillary certainly has alot of foreign policy experience that she can utilise as President. This will help maintain the ANZUS alliance and the pivot - which benefits Australia.
This is compared to Trump's ignorant, dismissal of alliances. Posted by plantagenet, Wednesday, 12 October 2016 1:04:04 PM

Armchair...the choice to be made is how to pick up a Republican turd, or a Democrat turd by the 'clean" end.
Pete...regarding ANZUS, we spend around $13 Million per day on US Defence industry products. I'd wager that even if Donald Dump did make it into the room with all those Big Red Buttons, ANZUS will still be ok due to his industrial buddies, whose portfolios and holidays in the Bahamas are safe, regardless of who becomes the next leader of the Home of the Land Free of the Brave. At the end of the day the status quo will continue under HRC, but under Trump, any way you look at it, the US and the western world will be sailing into uncharted waters. It will be interesting to see how the South China Sea situation pans out after the November election. Laz91...sex sells, it sells all over the world every manner of product, it even sells the distributors themselves (usually at great personal cost). But what sells better is oil, gas and resources - which is the reason why ISIS still exists (as a ruse) to continue the Wars On Concocted and Confected Bogeymen (and women). plantagenet,
You do realise that Hillary is a rape enabler don't you? She made herself invaluable to Bill by cleaning up his sex crimes and attacking his victims in court. Posted by Armchair Critic, Sunday, 16 October 2016 5:20:25 PM

Blame one of Bill's victims?

No.. Trump hasn't really done that much wrong that needs defending.
I'm just doing my bit to keep the score leveled and keep Hillary's propaganda in check.. Nothing personal... Sorry I meant to say ACTUAL rape enabler? Did you miss that part? You don't support rapists do you? Or pedophiles? 'Anonymous' say they have a video of Bill raping a 13y/o girl on Epstein's island. Mostly I just want to avoid WW3, you know the nukes and the 'my skin is dripping off me' thing; The bombs, random killings of innocents, body bits everywhere etc.. All that stuff... The things Trump comes out with border on insanity, along the lines: I'm rich, you're stupid, women are just for sex, and foreigners (and that would include Australians) can get stuffed.
This Guardian article contains what Trump actually said on the bus about what he wants to do and grab http://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2016/oct/07/donald-trump-leaked-recording-women .
