What do you think the Australian voter is looking
for in the next election?

My personal opinion is that people want someone
who can end a spate of bad polls and make the
government something other than a bad joke.

Malcolm Turnbull ticks some of the boxes.
He is sound on the economy. He is not gaffe prone.
He is not a plotter or a backstabber. And he is
a clever, aggressive performer in Parliament.

But is that enough?

Fox,

LOL

You are a pistol. If you are not getting some financial consideration for all of that Labor spin you jolly well should be.

It is incredible how some people see things. Why does there have to be a third party lurking in the background. We must see things as they are, there is no conspiracy going on just facts that exist. It must come down to mindset. At least reasonable people can talk about either side of politics without looking under the carpet.
It’s a virtue to be able to see both sides of the coin at the same time.
Turnbull is the man of the moment and rightly so. Currently shacking up in the lodge.
I believe in barracking for any PM that shows respect, confidently handling himself, a statesman, and a gentleman. Qualities of a PM. Why shouldn’t he get the applause of a nation. He is the best PM we have had since Julia Gillard.
It is a pity we have to vote before we see what we are really getting, sometimes that does not work out to expectations. Then it takes action to force change.
Victorian new home building starts are currently experiencing a boom, and that may be the start of something big.
The symptoms of shell shock may be on the decline, with a more progressive time ahead.

OTB,

Joseph Addison, English essayist, poet and
dramatist once stated:

"A man must be both stupid and uncharitable who
believes there is no virtue or truth but on
his own side."

Heh, heh, 579 has form too.

Like a recording of Labor talking points, set on continuous loop and immersed 'in de Nile' as so many leftists are.

Again, 579 if you're not getting paid for it you are wasting a good part of your life.

When does this get down to 'Abbott's fault', 'Abbott's fault'? Just cut to the punch line.

But wait a bit, the path is already set in the OP, " people want someone who can end a spate of bad polls".

Hiding from talking policies and the outcomes of 'that' Unions Royal Commission?
