Why task the Department of Education’s Compliance Unit with investigation by clerks whose blundering will likely result in loss of evidence when there should be more than sufficient evidence from the media reports for the Australian Federal Police to to investigate the sector?

Why hasn't the Australian National Audit Office been briefed to perform a comprehensive audit of day care?

Obviously, the diversity-Australia-is-obliged-to-have has downsides that are not being admitted.
