I also had to go back for a second dip on my ablation and it was a hell of a lot less stressful or painful than the first. Perhaps we just handle things better once we have walked the path for the first time. All the best.

Leaving aside individual's usual squawking about terrorists the most plausible explanation is actions taken by one or more of the existing flight crew have resulted in what can only be called a likely tragedy. These are not unprecedented. Here are a couple of instances where pilot suicide was highly suspected though not proven.

This has many of the same characteristics.

And having said that these particular pilots do not seem the type.
