I forgot to add that the Registered Clubs and the AHA might object as their continuing revenue streams disintegrate before their eyes.

Yes, anyone who misuses the public money provided for them should be punished, and they will be I'm sure.
We have laws in Australia that deal with crimes like these, no matter who you are. I am sure Government money has been misappropriated by people from all walks of life. Merry Xmas... well at least some people will be having a happy Xmas... at taxpayer expense.
Any money given to indigenous services or enterprises run by indigenous people especially pretenders, or quadroons and octroons extraction is money pissed down the drain.
