Scary stuff, Bazz. So corporations get to sue us if they don't like our laws? That Obozo is destroying America and now wants to force his crap on us? Hopefully our lot will tell him to poff!

Raw Mustard, I think the part about overseas companies sueing the
Australian government if our laws disadvantage one of their companies
is in another part. Could not find it in this chapter.
Does not mean it is not there.
I guess that is the art of the draftsman, use wording that politicians
would not use in searchers of the document.
You could hide anything that way if it was big enough.

http://www.activistpost.com/2013/11/tpp-nafta-on-steroids.html

The Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) is a trade deal from hell. It's a stealth corporate coup d'etat.

It's a giveaway to banksters. It's a global neoliberal ripoff.

It's a business empowering Trojan horse. It's a freedom and ecosystem destroying nightmare.

The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) calls it "a secretive, multi-national trade agreement that threatens to extend restrictive intellectual property (IP) laws across the globe and rewrite international rules on its enforcement."

TPP secrets Obama covertly handing more power to corporations

This guy talks about Australians being enraged by this but I don't know anyone that even knows about it? I wonder where he gets that idea?
