my point is, why is it the media can continually get away with interfering with cases, to a point whereby suspects are finding it harder and harder to receive a fair trial.

Now while I understand the case has been dropped due to cost blow outs, the fact is that once too much evidence has been revealed, it becomes much harder, and therefore more costly, to gain a conviction, hence the desciccion to drop the charges.

No point pissing our money into a fan, so as to speak.

I don't have a problem with the media reporting news, but leave the sensitive information until after the trial, as it then becomes news, rather than opinions, or money making tools.

Because after all, the media is a very powerful, money making, tool.

Rechtub sorry mate not buying it.
But in all honesty I do not blame you.
See you seem so uninformed about him and the long list of evidence that you may need to read more.
Deaths attributed to him, *as reported in the press* and evidence given *by heroic Nurses who tried to stop him butchering*
HURTS!
What do you want? not reporting on such cases? do you think for existence we should not be informed of the current anti Biker raids across Australia?
579 mate! yes Murdock is filth, that praises him he is far worse, but this issue needs your help, it is about free speech.
And our RIGHT TO KNOW.

Patel us forged and fraudulent documents to get the job he had and then he killed and maimed people people. All the media did was alert the public to the monst5er he was.
Legal technicalities and the closing of medical ranks see him walk away a free man. Bot then he is an Indian.

chriss gaff no offense mate!
But I agree with every word.
In truth not sure what Rechtub finds wrong with that.
And as I am on the record as supporting you, I am not kidding, if this bloke is EVER able to practice medicine in any part of the world the system is wrong, so wrong we may as well install legal vigilantism.

....In truth not sure what Rechtub finds wrong with that.

What I find wrong with that is that the victims and their families have been denied their justice.

To many of them, all he gets is his licence to practice taken away, maybe!

As far as the media not influencing the case, do you honestly think calling someone Doctor Death is not accusing them of being guilty, trial by media style.
