There are all average only. There are few journalists of any worth remaining, regardless of the news outlet concerned. As I have said before somewhere, they make the late Richard Carlton's reports look professional and replete with deep analysis and original thought. The independents aren't any better and more often worse.

I had hoped that the Net might improve things, but obviously not, or at least not so far.

My conviction is that people like Lee Rhiannon are not what the Greens should be wasting seats on. The same applies to Shoebridge in NSW. I would like to see a return to the genuine concern for the environment and the honesty that existed earlier.
