Paul I agree with the thought we should all be free from such insulting threads.
Existing methods work best, ignoring those we do not want to read.
In fact both of us are ignored constantly and that is life.
I until recently, thought only good thoughts about our author.

But we both had an earth quake under our feet in another thread, a throw away comment, from a bad culture within the *Police forces of the western world*
Let me tell you I value the Police, in fact a good Cop is worth far more than we pay or ever could pay them.
Via my sport playing days, and no less by the late night, early morning side by side work at traumatic road death scenes, I have mates in that job.
Even they have no hesitation in offering freely, the advice some in uniform are an anchor to the good name of the police.

Belly, I couldn't agree more. What is a worry is any attempt to have police "make the law" rather than "enforce the law". When people start talking about banning this one, or censoring that one, it's a worry. I am an advocate for civil liberties, which at times is seen as being "soft" and unpopular, particularly when applied to those that have been charged with a horrendous crime, but I see civil liberties and a persons rights as far more important to maintain than the emotive desire for revenge.

Not much I can disagree with there Paul.
While not looking for revenge I understand why Police some times get a hard deal.
If only the few had to act and behave as other workers must.
