But Arjay,

Any attack that necessitated the "evacuation of London" would have to be on a diabolically large scale....and where would everyone be shepherded to?

Surely not Bognor Regis?

Tanzania Daily News >> Against the backdrop of the sweeping global financial crisis, China has made some 875 million dollars investment in Africa during the first nine months of this year, a 77.5 per cent increase year on year. Much of the investment was focused or infrastructure projects and other programmes that benefit the local people.<<

Arjay, not a lot to add to your comments on the administration vs Syria, but Clinton’s threat to China and Russia sparks an observation. We have seen how Russia and America conduct their affairs in lesser nations which get no respect or kudos from me, but China has always engendered a respect from me. I consider that when Russia and the US had the place divided up they would fight each other in lesser nations by factional support, the Americans supported the ones the bankers could get along with and Russia was left to support the other. Yet in comparison during that 40 year period a nuclear capable China minded its own business most of the time. In fact during that period they fought in only two wars, both in countries that they shared a border with.

China is building mega cities from scratch in Africa. Last year China Africa trade was over one hundred billion. China even surpassed American manufacturing last year, they are the new America, which prompts a question, what sort of imperialists will they be? It is about growth and exploitation but China may be a benevolent dictator unlike the Yanks and the Ruskies . I think it is going to be China vs the Bankers at some stage Arjay, can’t even think how that will go, that depends on how astute the American people are, and the track record is not good.

Yes sonofgloin.China is the new Global Power but absolute power corrupts. They will end up just as bad as our Western Oligarchs.

Obama is now taking control of everything with presidential signing orders. He is just like Hitler with the exception of the brutality at home. The only thing stopping him at the moment is the 200 million guns in civilian hands.
