Phillip your idea is not a solution. The solution is to re introduce temporary protection visas and off shore processing and then the influx will stop in six months, because that is how far you have to pay up and book ahead with the smugglers. Arjay has given the holistic solution to the issue. If there is no physical or psychological need to come to a strange land that embraces a strange tongue the PEOPLE would not come.
