Ok, so Germany has run off the rails to some extent in its desire to exercise a strong environmental philosophy. But hey, their efforts are far better than no effort at all. And what would you expect with a concerted multifaceted attempt for a whole country to minimise its ecological footprint? Of course it is not going to run entirely smoothly.

Surely the German political psyche is in a pretty good place if politicians are competing with each other to be greener, despite some inevitable downsides.

As far as the Greens warning against dangerous dildos… well… good on them!!

Well, good on them if this is just one small item amongst lots of press releases about all sorts of stuff which are presenting a balanced output on the total environmental/sustainability picture!

So we need to understand the greater context before we ridicule them for this.

I have no doubt many greens are aware of a safer sex toy we all have.
