a claim of right
that was the gift of the wikiseed/wikigeld i gifted to the world in 2002..[and got speared for doing]

anyhow back to the alternate
[as hrh chogum2002..rejected the gift..on your behalf]

if you got higher education [that might be credit worthy
or it might not..much depends on the skill..and its application]

say we need plumbers..
or bloggers

their skil capitalisation raises
doubles if they take on apprentices

thing is we got plenty of assets
like even a home in israel..has value
in holding value it earns free capitalisation[intrest free]
the assset is the security..for the credit limit..

that in case of default simply transpheres direct to the capitalisation managment..[to wit the king][or queen...in power at the specific time/place]..

as elect-ed by vote and on going quality of service to its people..via the enjoined SOVEREIGN authority of the new un...[ie the sovereigns united nation]..formely called the un[united nations]

[see wikised/wikigeld]
suntreaty and oither written notifications presented
to your leaders way back in 1996...till 2002

further expanded opon here
right here on olo...world freeman society and other sites

i also note pelly
that poinmt re sending dole bludgers to the poor areas
where their payments can save the poor

there they would be like gods

ditto with the old people
their pension in india..would allow them to live like royals
[and employ those intrenched in poverty]

it can then become a massive aid grant
[cause aid mainly goes to expats anyhow]
so the rich get more govt aid..by subverting it of the worlds poor

thats why i came up with the wikigeld/seed
i figurede we are ALL given to live from the one god

ie mortal heirs of the immortal good[god]
the wiki was a way to share the inheritance god bequeths a right upon all life

we are all enjoined heirs
sharing this mortal spoil..not here to loot it
but to make the creation the best expression of our creator

god made it perfect
why are we despoiling his perfection
except to make it better FOR ALL LIFE..!

Well I'm surprised this thread has had so little interest considering the amount of waste this country is experiencing at present and, considering that this would appear to be a step in the right direction, as if nothing else, it would at least channel some of that wasteed welfare back towards caring for the children it was intended for.

Furthermore, i am not suggesting a cut to welfare, simply better management of the tax payers dollars.

rehctub,
Yes, I'd suggest to spend less welfare on those who obviously don't need it & give to those who do. Like the single mothers who send their kids to Childcare at our expense & then spend all day in the Pub playing pools & poker machines with the welfare money whilst all other times the grandparents sort of look after the kids & get welfare also for the same kids.

the 'welfare' we really need to overhaul
is corperate welfare..[govt bailong out capitalists]
or giving subsidies to drug merchants..for drugs that dont cure..only suppress the symptom

we give billions..for drugs that suppress symptom
those that give a cure dont bring in the cash flow

one hit and your cured
thats where govt money should go

not take the blue pill to have sex
or the nikoteen gum to get your nikoteen high

and as for pai relief..we got cheap drugs
worth less that one cent a dose..not ten thousand for a month

we need tro stop penny pinching and follow the big money
going to the big guys..if you gamble capital..and loose
well mate thats nothing to do with govt

give us pure capitalism
no subsidies at all to capitalists
and if a capitalist dont do it..govt does it
not give some capitalist..the cash to turn a proffit

stop corperatre welfare
for private gain

how come the cash govt gave you
didnt get them a share in your house

ps my car isnt through the family trust
so its not deductable..nor my computer..nor my travel nor my energy use nor my travel..yep and no free 4 hour lunches neither

in fact by living off my savings
govt gives ne nuthing..

just takes [makes]..ever more taxes to drain it dry

[only to give it back into some capitalist
that lost his 'investment'..cause he got greedy]

but heck i will still have savings
long after the stream of paper credit runs dry
and the nuvo rich..become used to being poor..
