You may have given up cigarettes
but from your posts it looks like
you've taken up something a bit stronger.

Go have a nice lie down and don't
post until you're more coherent.

Good on you Lexi,
I often wonder what some of these posters are smoking at times.....however I will continue with my self-imposed neglect of posting on all things political, unless, of course, they, the members of the lower house decide to acquire some decorum and construct some real policies (that Mr. Abbott doesn't belittle each time).
Enjoy your weekend Lexi.

Nice try *Lexie* but when you can actually make a valid and constructive criticism based on fact, I am usually ready to respond. I suspect that you understand me all too well and rather simply do not like what I have said. This is a common response.

Likewise for *Belly* if you don't understand something, and I note that I do not generally write for ESL learners, simply ask for clarification, and you may be pleased to know that I am very likely happy to comply.

Further for *Belly* I can assure you that since creating the *DreamOn* account that I have used no other whilst writing occassionally here at OLO and am not active politically at all excepting the occassional posting here of my views on this and that.

..

As for the young bloke in Bali, I hope that he is not falling foul of the ALP/Liberal/National parties fettish of abusing children, which includes Indonesian children incidentally.

You may all rest assured that if the Indonesians are sick of you locking up their misguided minors without charge or detention in circumstances known to produce adverse mental health outcomes then they are well capable of addministering an "eye for eye mentallity" and I remind readers that Indonesian Consulate officials have asked in quite recent times for their kids to be released.

they have my sympathies and support in that and if it were my choice I would certainly oblige them.

You see, these kind of cases are best resolved by way of the discretionary power and an on the spot fine before you get to the police station, which begs the question in my mind as to why they decided to target an Australian minor, as indeed some of the Bali Kuta Beach sellers are police set ups, at least according to local Indonesian people that I have spoken to.

But once you've been charged, not to mention the glare of the media spot light and international political representations, then the mechanations of the law are to take their course.

..

Which brings us back to a "prisoner swap."
