Qld Election

It is clear now that Anna Bligh intends to call an election later this year. The vote buying spree has commenced in far Nth Qld. A 33 million dollar school with football oval & basket ball court for a 100 kids, school upgrades, Q-build are crawling all over Nth Qld to repair housing etc. Previous budget shortfalls to some councils are gradually made up again etc.
All this points to looking efficient at election time in a few months. Are voters expected to just forget the stress of the past few years ? I bet that's what our Anna is banking on.
Cabinet meeting in very far Nth Qld this month.

maybe this explains why police are out there doing red herrings
like the morecomb case..that hasnt really anything
deserving the obsessive air time
and only mitagates a case for future dismissal for bias
for a child pervert

its almost like anna blight
said to the police
get headlines

it wuil be likely be
that any election will conincide with any court revealations
we will not be destracted anna blight

you stole the forrests..sold it for pennies onn the dollar
when selling it for basic land values would have paid off the full debt..[YOU OWE..then only at 65 billion..but by election it reches 75 billion]

thats adverse debt
treason

mates serving mates
you build stadiums for mates
just like the days of rome

build racing tracks for horse racing
tenis court complexes for ya mates
stadium for fotballers

in short you pi sssed it up against the wall
and the thinking voter's are a wee bit pee ved
and wont be destracted by your ordering the police to do the more come destraction..

its time for you and yer mug party to leave
so who's partty will your numbers be taking over
just like the nats took over labratter party
the last time you public servants served the dark side

bah
rot on hell luv
you dug your own grave
revealed all the parties are the same
[ie run by the public servants..for the public servants]

It's amazing how the supporters of the ALP refrain from commenting on the pre-election spending. I'd have thought people from both sides of the fence would be more interested in the tactics of pre election spending.

I think it's just that we expect this sort of transparently dishonest vote-buying from the lesser political lights. Blight is about as "lesser" as it is possible to get.

the current media obsession with the morecomb case
origonated with the police calling the press

behind the scenes...was anna blight involved..in getting the media focus on it?

hoping for a media storm..like the floods
to go the quick election on its percieved power of destraction

i noted she came out of the blocks running
think of al this media destraction
from a media running feel good fluff govt adds 24/7
[the media loyalty has been bought]

next we got the red shirt thing
and red bows...a generous doner and a future event at which anna blight will be the main speaker

and the results so far
one shoe
one suspect..and current affairs
and news running after the poor parents..non stop

this media saturation is an election sTRADEDY*?

I am more amused by the fallacy that some posters believe vote-buying and pre-election campaigning to be exclusive to one party. I cannot comment much on QLD State politics but I am sure those characteristics are relevant to all political candidates even in QLD.

The Daniel Morcombe case has nothing to do with it and it is a sorry state when this case is trotted out without care in party political point scoring.
