Yes, it is bouncing. I sent an email a few days ago. Not sure whether you got my considered opinion on dress etc. but it is drinks from 6:00 until 7:00 and the lecture from 7:00 until 8:00 so something semi-formal appears to be in order.

[my sources report us embassies have been told to convert their us reserves..into local currencies
