Are there any bright feminists out there who have a plan to get Australia's birth rate back to atleast replacement levels?

I ask feminists because they encouraged all women to put off having children, and thus, they own this issue.

Truthy.... actually today I heard an interesting report.

Women who thought they could hold full on career AND have a family.... were reporting that it doesn't work that well.
I don't know what percentage of women reported this.

Reason: They didn't realize how much they wanted to be with their little ones. So..they are now encouraging young women to have babies early..put career on old..and pick it up when the children are at primary/pre-school.

Awful as that sounds.. it's actually true.. you might say "genocide by omission" like sins of omission..things we SHOULD have done, but didn't and then the outcome of 'not' doing something becomes terrible.

If we stop slaughtering the unborn the problem would be solved quickly. Unfortunately with the push for secularism and its dogmas the murders are just going to increase unless we have a sovereign move of God upon the wicked hearts of men and women in this country.

Do we really want to increase the population substantially given our resources are not limitless?

We are already, in Australia, seeing burgeoning cities straining under the weight of poor planning and infrastructure to cope with this growth. Good farmland and more and more forests being cut down to make way for housing.

As far as birthrates and feminism, I would think that for the last ten years the birthrates have been influenced more by economic factors than gender. This is not to say that opening up other opportunities for women has not led to some making different decisions than they might have otherwise if they had been born in a different time.

Why do you want a birthrate at replacement levels?

There are far too many people in the world now and I think too many in Aus as well.

The famous baby bonus is producing more kids from young single mums that are growing up without a father and the state is keeping them.

We do not need more people.

Don't understimate just how deep feminism has struck in the last few years. It's been a massive, heavy loadout on all people in the education curriculums and media. As you can see in Sancho's case here the kneejerk emotional reaction is to instantaneously claim misogyny for the slightest, most vague allusions to *feminism* (note the op made no mention of women per se, only feminists). I think the most savage, vicious feminists are in fact, men who have some kind of ultra level of guilt about their gender that they believe men must pay more than a blood price and are a source of 'evil'. They must be they type who believe that women are innocent and unreproachable, that they do not lie and cheat just as much as men. I wouldn't mind some study done of these types to find out just how ignorant and prejudiced they are against young men.

CONCLUSION "passive" genocide... as in.. not doing anything to avert the wholesale destruction of your race or people.

Genocide is a highly specific term. If you use it in the context of low reproduction rates, it becomes devalued.

Calling a society's choice to produce fewer children "genocide" belittles the fate of Rwanda's Tutsis, or Bosnian Muslims in Srebrenica, or the one-and-a-half million victims of Pol Pot.

Here's the United Nations' definition.

"Genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such:
(a) Killing members of the group;
(b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group;

I know that you love drama, Boaz, and try to create it wherever you go.

Yeah, those pesky feminists engineered everything so young breeders reorganised their priorities. Feminists promoted flat screens, white goods, flash cars, expensive accessories and pointless luxuries so breeders would want them more than they wanted kids.

Feminists starved the public education system so having kids now involves the expense of private education, and they insisted responsible parenting involves owning at least two Taragos and a five bathroom home.

Feminists deregulated the economy and put an end to lifelong job security. They made potential breeders wary of the future by developing nuclear weapons, climate change and most recently a massive recession. They also put a man on the moon, discouraging potential breeders in case they had girls who would not be going to the moon.

Boazy no-one said anything about dying out. The point is we have done more than replacement in the last 100 years - we have become overpopulated. I can't believe that you would think those advocating some population restraint are actually promoting the demise of the species through 'passive genocide'. Please be realistic.

The jocularity was not aimed at men but at ignorance of stereotypes - in this case misconceptions about feminists and as stated above this can come from either gender.
