Peter Reiths Industrial Relations Legislation will remain we will block destructive Labor scrapping this component of Work Choice It has to be to stem inflation. So The people wasted their time in voting for Labor because we will make sure the decade old laws will remain in force and Labor will not be able to do a thing to stop us protecting Business and Corporations.

Who is "we", Julie?

Brendan Nelson said only last night that Workchoices is finished, who will be in the Senate to oppose its abolition?

I have no interest in Workchoices, being retired, and there are so many different views of it, that I'm not going to get interested.

People might very well have "wasted their time voting Labor", but as someone who is regarded as a right-winger, I don't think you should be putting to much faith in Brendan Nelson; twice now, he has proved himslef a liar: as an AMA official he said that he had never voted Liberal (he now admits he lied), and when he took on the leadership, he said that 'sorry' to the so-called lost generation would not be an opition.

On the bright side for small business, unemployment will sky-rocket, and you will have plenty of labour to chose from.

Julie is on a fishing expedition, he or she who ever it is posts strange things like this I doubt they believe often.
Brendan the pretender to the leadership throne has taken every view on saying sorry from we will we wont to what is this all about.
His task, apart from keeping his deputy out of his job, is to look united and except the voters have spoken.
Work choices is dead a brand new system unlikely to be challenged is in the making it is said 2010 is to be its birth date.
The only single thing worse than John Howard's defeat for conservatives is a double dissolution, such an election would cripple who ever has Brendan's job then
Nice try Julie better bait is called for.

Work Choice will remain mark my words we have the numbers in the Senate. Our legislation has lasted for a decade and it will last for another decade. Kevin Rudd is not controlled by the Unions and he will support us to combat inflation.

Leigh oh Leigh you said it right wingers or conservatives vote selfishly. Conservatives do not vote for what is good for the people or the country they vote for what is best for them (selfishness). They believe that charities should cover the needy or less well off. They believe in everything being private and people trying to survive within market forces supply and demand. Private Education and Health the United States system which is a dirty word in Britain, Canada and France. Leigh you said yo have retired so workchoice is of no interest to you that is so selfish and typical. Charity begins at home EH ?
