Anyhow, going back to what this thread is all about. Yes, Nepal deserves help from Australia simply due to to humanitarian reason alone. Nepal has been a highly popular destination for many Australians over the decades since cheap travel become standard.
I haven't heard of any Nepalese burring up about being offended by Australians to the tune of $66 million so, $8 Million is hardly a gesture in comparison & to the $500 Million for football in PNG !
ps. I can only go by the figures floating around in the Media so, if incorrect please correct me !
