Under international law occupied people have every right afforded them to fight their oppressors, and since Oct. 7 was actually a raid on miltary barracks, then they moved north towards a second military barracks and were intercepted around the music festival area, also there were Islamic resistance groups committing atrocities, n also the IDF under killed many Israelis under the Hannibal doctrine.

So firsty the war didnt start Oct. 7. It was going on 70+ years before that called Nakba, beyond that Palestine was under occupation, Gaza was under blockade and Israel was actively stealing land and bulldozing homes continuing their oppression, and Oct. 7 prevented normalisation of Israeli ties with Saudi Arabia that would've put an end to a Palestinian State, Israel also funded Hamas under Netanyahu (And probably allowed Oct. 7 to happen anyway, because he needs war to stay out of prison and taking over Gaza was a long held goal) Israel funded Hamas to keep them and Fatah divided, prevent unification and to undermine a future Palestinian State.

Australia adopted the ‘International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance’ definition of antisemitism in 2021; but obviously the adoption of a definition doesn't mean any action will be taken in Australia. Why, at such an advanced stage, do people still call it antisemitism ? I've watched God knows how many protest videos in which the less constrained activists jumped the gun & openly declared it an assault all non islamics.
