I think that Hebrew management guru Peter Drucker was a fan of Transactional Management (social) over Transformational Management (authoritarian). Perhaps it's a bit of both in the right context. The strange thing is many practitioners confuse the two.

Mathematics isn't always "logical" in a sense, sometimes it invents systems just because they work. If we had better Mathematics teachers with passion in schools we would have a better community. We need teachers that are not just seat warmers.

I call mathematicians as " Black board perfectionists". They do not understand social issues properly. I feel that The whole world is in peril because almost all important positions are held by mathematically minded individuals with poor knowledge on social functioning but with a skill to pose as knowledgeable persons.Decision making power should not be given to mathematicians.They must be used only to make some calculations useful for taking a decision.
