Thanks for the information ttbn on Bryce and Bill Shorten. I hope that the Libs and others are preparing a dirt list on him and other prospects for when Albanese leaves. Traditionalists need to be more militant like the communists. But at least we prefer to sheath our claws rather than submit everyone to permanent warfare. But I can empathize with the fascists when they say that peace makes weakness. I suppose that the woke/ communists (such as Bryce and Shorten) have taught us in their "Trotsky permanent revolution" or "rolling strikes" that those that don't have a predilection for conflict are going to be destroyed. Kudos.

I read an article this evening: a reminder of Digital ID Bill 2023, which will be on the agenda when Parliament goes back. People need to start paying attention. The Bill is available for downloading.

Digital ID is part of Herr Schwab's and the WEF's Great Reset madness; but Albanese still looks like going for it, following in the footsteps of his hero, Xi.

ttbn- Yes I think we agree that in order for democracy to function properly the electorate needs to be more anonymous than those in public office. Otherwise public office and the arms of government can be used to implement undemocratic despotic systems. It's concerning when high level government can reach right down into the homes of individuals it's symptomatic of military/ martial law/ totalitarianism. In a state of national emergency martial law is a fall back position but it shouldn't be accepted as normalized and officials need to show that they are using special powers to end rather than to extend and normalize a state of crisis.

During the Covid lockdowns often encouraged by Woke/Communist groups the special powers appear to have been misused. In wartime and the accompanying debriefing period military law is often expedient on those that act outside of orders and accepted protocols. Maybe there should be a Nuremberg Trial for the Covid actors.

Sadly I don't think that we will never obtain closure for the genocide due to Russian and Chinese Communism. In my view these are the largest acts of genocide in human history. Hopefully there will be a time when we can "say 'never again' to communism". Where we will teach in schools the nature of the evil of those who create slavery in the name of freedom and equality.

It all comes back to us, the people, an increasing number of whom don't even believe in democracy anymore. They actually want government to do everything for them: 'safety' before freedom. They are ignorant of history, so they don't know where that leads.

Government intrusion would increase markedly with digital identification. It is designed to identify us 'online', in a country with the cock-up NBN or, in my case, Opticomm, which just went down a short while ago. I live within 8kms from the CBD, but the internet and mobile phone signal is on a par with Outer Mongolia.

They want to force everyone online - irrespective of age or ability (some of my neighbours have never had computers or mobile phones) in order to scrutinise us better.

They say that we could opt out of digital ID, but those who do will find that most government services will be unavailable to them. Even now, I cannot connect the MyGov app to government departments; my financial adviser (young and smart) can't connect me; nor can employees in the government departments. All I get is a shrug.

Along with digital identification and a cashless society, the old USSR, current Communist China and the Islamic tyrannys will look like Disneyland compared to Albostralia
